? Are you the NEXT Technical Support Engineer (Environment Support)? ?

What we value:

• +3 years of experience in CI-CD and Dev
  Sec
  Ops (Jenkins, XLD, XLR);
• +2 years of experience with databases (Oracle, SQL views & scripts);
• Basic knowledge of Java technology, particularly
  - end;
• Solid experience in SQL;
• Some experience in incident management;
• English minimum B2 (required);
• Good knowledge of French;
• Knowledge of Control
  M, CFT, MQ Series, FBTI, and experience with XL Deploy (a plus).

• Supporting test environments to maintain operational status, including unblocking batches, managing messages in queues, coordinating actions with Business Analysts or developers, and executing SQL scripts;
• Participating in technical incident management in production, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize impact on operations;
