What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will:
- Proactively seek initiatives to enhance service and user experience.
- Handle and resolve
-
- end product troubleshooting and customer support for our advertising products via email and chat. - Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering teams to resolve various queries.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and provide regular updates throughout the case journey.
- Maintain adherence to service levels and achieve productivity and resolution time goals.
- Partner with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and issues.
Your qualifications
