What you will do in this role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will:

1. Proactively seek initiatives to enhance service and user experience.
2. Handle and resolve
   -
   - end product troubleshooting and customer support for our advertising products via email and chat.
3. Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering teams to resolve various queries.
4. Ensure high customer satisfaction and provide regular updates throughout the case journey.
5. Maintain adherence to service levels and achieve productivity and resolution time goals.
6. Partner with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and issues.

Your qualifications
