Your responsibilities and impact as Technical Support for Digital Marketing will be

• Solve technical issues and repair the online marketing platform in a B2B environment
• Define client solutions and adjust existing processes to guide them
• Use basic coding and diagnostic skills for problem resolution
• Understand clients' goals and support them via chat with tailored solutions
• Focus on high customer satisfaction through quality service and results

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role

• Native level of French and good English (B2+)
• High school diploma or university degree
• Background in technical support
• Interest or understanding of online marketing products
• Strategic thinking and

• Drive for excellence and professionalism
• Willingness to work in a multicultural team

What’s in it for you

• Contract type:

  - term contract, renewable annually
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (40h/week)
• Training: 7–10 weeks (100% paid)
• Salary options:
  • With free accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1040€ gross/month + up to 400€ gross/quarter in bonuses
  • Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month + up to 400€ gross/month in bonuses
