Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Advisor for electric bikes include:

• Managing all incoming queries related to technical issues (troubleshooting) in a customer service environment
• Responding to calls and emails from enterprise clients
• Gathering information from customers and ensuring query resolutions
• Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone
• Providing

• Recording all necessary data in CRM for
  - up and support quality

Skills, qualifications, and interests required for success:

• Native level German and fluency in English
• Minimum 6 months experience in Technical Support (preferred)
• Interest in and willingness to learn about technology;

• Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship
