Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Agent will be:

• Consulting customers on the purchase of

• Providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat

• Delivering expert technical support and troubleshooting services

• Guiding users with software installation, device synchronization, and product usage

• Offering recommendations and efficient solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native-level German and good level of English

• Enthusiasm for gaming and strong affinity with technology

• Understanding of the value of an excellent customer experience

• Attentive listening skills and effective communication abilities

What’s in it for you?

• Contract type: Yearly or 6-month renewable contract

• Working hours: Full-time or

• Salary package:
  • With accommodation included (shared flat, all bills covered): €950 – €1, 000 gross/month (based on experience)

  • Without accommodation: €1, 300 – €1, 400 gross/month (based on experience)
