Technical Support for Smart Home Devices – German Speaker – Lisbon

Your responsibilities- Respond to inbound customer requests and document case details
- Assist users with
- sales questions, general inquiries, and technical issues - Provide support through phone, email, chat, and social media channels
- Adapt the brand’s voice and tone across all communication platforms
- Ensure customer satisfaction with professional and friendly interactions
- Collaborate with a multicultural team in a dynamic environment
Your profile- Native German speaker with good English skills
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to excellence
- Team player open to intercultural collaboration
- Sales or commercial background is a plus
- Experience in customer service or credit recovery is an advantage
Conditions and benefits- Contract: Permanent (CDI) with a 3-month trial period
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts 8:00–17:00
- Salary package:
- 1, 100 € gross/month (paid 14x)
- Up to 200 € monthly performance bonuses
- Meal vouchers of 7. 23 € per workday
- Partial reimbursement of transportation costs
- Private health insurance and dental plan after 6 months
- Relocation support:
- Reimbursement up to 400 € for initial flight after 6 months
- 12 months of shared flat accommodation provided by the company (rental fee applies)
