Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support:
- Providing the best possible answers and solutions to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or social media.
- Guiding users on how to use the platform and troubleshooting issues.
- Resolving account problems, handling inquiries about payments and subscription renewals.
- Responding to customer inquiries related to Trust & Safety actions, including abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
- Ensuring user and brand safety.
- Working effectively in a
- paced environment.
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed:
- Native level of Slovak and good command of English.
- Good adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Commitment to high customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
- Interest in intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.
