Technical Support - German Speaker - Remote
We’re hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join a growing team at a leading international software company. What you'll do:Be the first line of support for technical issues via Zoho Desk, Jira, or similar platforms
Troubleshoot Level 1 incidents across OS, web, networking, and database layers
Escalate issues and work with Development, QA, and Product teams to resolve them
Create and maintain clear documentation to grow our internal and external knowledge base
Deliver an excellent support experience in Spanish, English, and German
What you bring:1–2 years in a similar technical support role
Familiarity with systems like Windows/mac
OS/Linux, basic SQL, and VPN/networking
Strong communication and time management skills
Native/advanced Spanish, fluent English and German required
