What you will do in this role

As a Technical Support Digital Ads, your responsibilities include:

• Actively seeking initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience
• Handling and resolving product troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products across email and chat channels
• Collaborating with Product Operations & Engineering teams to resolve various technical and product queries
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality through case management and updates
• Maintaining adherence to service levels and achieving productivity and resolution impact
• Partnering with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and issues

Concentrix is a great fit if you:

• Are fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2)
• Have a degree in Marketing or related field
• Have experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience in paid campaign management is a plus
• Have experience in a Contact Centre or Service program for an Advertising Tech company
• Can work well both independently and as part of a team
• Are familiar with social media products and digital advertising basics
