• 100%
  - site role based at Parque das Nações (Lisbon)

What skills do you need to have?

• 4+ years of experience providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to users ;
• Experience with ITIL standards and Microsoft environments , including SCCM ;
• User access and permissions management (Active Directory) ;
• Monitor system health and performance using Nagios ;
• Collaborate with teams using Jira or similar project management tools ;
• Experience in hardware migration (computers/workstations) ;

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users through multiple channels ;
• Use Service
  Now for logging, tracking, and resolving incidents, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation;
• Deploy, manage, and support Microsoft technologies
• Administer user access and permissions via Active Directory, ensuring security and compliance standards are met;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams using Jira for project coordination, task management, and knowledge sharing.
