We are looking for a Technical Support Manager responsible for leading all Improvement Engineers. This role involves team management, project management, and technical expertise to maximize machine performance. The position requires training a multidisciplinary team, maintaining records of changes, and providing guidance to electrical, mechanical, and automation engineers and technicians throughout project development. It is a highly visible role that demands regular presence in the areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Explore machine improvements to enhance performance, reduce scrap and downtime;
  
  
  
  
• Manage people and document improvement opportunities for management;
  
  
  
  
• Define, scope, and track improvement projects with clear stakeholder identification and KPIs;
  
  
  
  
• Provide projectupdates to stakeholders and guide initiatives to keep projects on track;
  
  
  
  
• Predict and manage resources, budgets, and risks for projects;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure projectsare delivered on time, within scope, and budget;
  
  
  
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and participate in Lean activities;
  
  
  
  
• Coordinate resources and vendors, and represent the team in training tasks outside the country if needed;
  
  
  
  
• Work withmultidisciplinary teams to reduce process variations, prepare presentations, and manage vendor contracts;
  
  
  
  
• Make decisions in the absence of the local manager to ensure production continuity;
  
  
  
  
• Follow safety guidelines and report system inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field;
  
  
  
  
• 5-6 yearsin Improvement Processes related to machines;
  
  
  
  
• 2-3 yearsin Project Management;
  
  
  
  
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies;
  
  
  
  
• Good communication skills in English (Level B2);
  
  
  
  
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, teamwork, and communication skills;
  
  
  
  
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and knowledge of Auto
  Cad, Inventor, or Solid
  Works;
  
  
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  
  
  
  
• Six Sigmacertification is a plus;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledgeof mechanical measuring tools and processes.
