What you will do in this role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will:

• Take an active role in continuously seeking initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
• Handle and resolve
  -
  - end product troubleshooting and customer support for our client advertising products, across email and chat channels.
• Own and drive query resolution through collaboration within house Product Operations & Engineering groups to resolve all types of generic, technical, or product queries.
• Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics, ensuring service quality through the case journey, providing regular updates across touchpoints.
• Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve
  -
  - class productivity and impact resolution times for end customers.
• Partner with
  - house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are fluent in Portuguese (C1) — verbal and written
• Are fluent in English (B2) — verbal and written
• Have experience in a Contact Centre or Service program for any Advertising Tech company
• Have strong customer service skills
• Are familiar with social media products and have a basic understanding of digital advertising
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
