Technical Support Advisor (English or Portuguese-Speaking) On-Site in Spain | A Coruña

- site team in A Coruña, Spain, providing technical assistance for a world-leading software development company.
If you have previous experience in technical support or as an IT Technician, this opportunity could be an excellent fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and cloud technologies.
- Support users with products such as Office, Outlook, One
Drive, Exchange, Share
Point, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows. - Deliver professional and empathetic customer service.
- Apply analytical thinking and
- solving skills to handle complex situations effectively.
Requirements
- Native or fluent English or Portuguese (B2 level or higher).
- Education or experience in IT technologies, particularly in cloud solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused attitude with great attention to detail.

- Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours per week).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
