Technical Support Specialist - Dutch Speaker
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and assist customers of a
- known client. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and general questions. The goal is to provide
- quality customer service and resolve requests concerning
- commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues. You will also document interactions and ensure data accuracy within our system.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
- Provide
- sales assistance, general inquiries, and technical support. - Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as needed.
- Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets efficiently.
- Manage individual ticket queues and follow management guidance.
- Review and provide feedback on help content.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 days rotational
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (C1 level or higher) and at least B2 level English.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and willingness to receive feedback.
Offer
- Salary: 1414€ per month
- Performance Bonus: Up to 120€ per month
