Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Base Salary: 900 EUR gross
- Annual Base Salary (including 2 extra month salaries): 12, 600EUR
- Complexity bonus: 120EUR per month (1, 440EUR /year)
- Performance Bonus: 90EUR /month, (1, 080/EUR year)
- Meal Allowance (net): 7. 23 EUR /day (1, 908. 72 EUR /year)
- Transport Allowance: 20EUR /month (240 EUR /year)
- Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)
- Total Possible Gross Annual Income: 16, 118. 72 EUR plus a performance bonus of 1, 080 EUR /year
Work Schedule
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-20:00 (rotational shifts)
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 08:00-17:00
- Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat regarding their orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
- Deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring all queries are resolved with
- quality service. - Monitor and follow up on customer issues until fully resolved, adhering to agreed deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer requests.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Language Skills: Native French with excellent formal speech and strong writing skills; English proficiency at a B2 level.
- Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and communication platforms.
