Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
• Provide
  - sales information, general inquiries, and technical support.
• Maintain a professional brand voice in all interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets efficiently.
• Manage individual ticket queues and follow management directions.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Review and provide feedback on help content to improve user understanding.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English, both oral and written.
• Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).
• High school diploma or higher education (a plus).
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting (a bonus).
• Strong diagnostic and resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for customer service.
• Ability to adapt in a

Benefits:

• 6-month renewable contract.
• Base salary of €1100/month.
• Performance bonus up to €120/month.
• Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-20:00 (rotational), weekends included.
• Two rotational days off per week.
• Location: Lisbon.
