Job Description:
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver content to end users, meeting SLA and KPI requirements.
- Provide Level 1 support via phone, email, or tickets, logging requests and updating customers.
- Analyze data to identify root causes of issues and resolve remotely using diagnostic tools.
- Maintain system capabilities through testing and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers via
- sharing to set up and operate systems. - Promote
- service and knowledge base resources. - Configure security and access permissions.
- Collaborate with Level 2 and Product Teams on escalated issues.
- Log and escalate calls to third parties as needed, maintaining communication.
- Onboard new team members and provide training.
Who you are:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with multitasking ability.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, adaptable to customer needs.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Organized and able to work efficiently in a
- paced environment. - Target-oriented with ability to meet SLAs.
- Basic technical knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, Switching, Routing).
- Experience in remote or
- site support, collaborating with customers and teams. - Experience in network operations or field support.
- Familiarity with production environments and hardware configuration is a plus.
Requirements:
- Excellent teamwork and learning attitude.
- Experience managing service and operational agreements with strong customer focus.
- Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to support both technical and
- technical customers. - Network vendor certifications (e. g. , Aruba, Cisco) preferred.
- Science/IT degree or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work
- office and cover 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
