• Work with a hybrid setup; shift work is part of the role, including evenings/weekends when needed.

What were looking for

• Fluent German (C1 or higher), with strong written and spoken skills, plus good English (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in technical or customer support (helpdesk, contact centre, or IT support).
• Comfortable explaining technical details to nontechnical users, with patience, clear communication, and good problemsolving skills.
• Experience (or willingness) working across different communication channels (chat, email, phone) and documenting support cases in a CRM/ticketing system.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or evenings, adapting to a supportoriented schedule.
