One of our clients is looking for a technical support agent, fluent in German for a role in Lisbon. If you like to help customers and can you provide customer support with exceptional quality, this might be the right opportunity for you!

Your day to day:

• Telephone support for customer calls in German.
• Handle customer requests and update them in our IT systems (e. g. , changes to rates or pricing plans, activation of options or services, address changes).
• Manage processes related to fiber optic link requests – handling requests, error detection, and implementing solutions with our internal and external partners.
• Troubleshooting and configuration: routers, Wi
  Fi networks, TV boxes, fiber optic configuration, etc.

Who we are looking for:

• Excellent command of German – minimum level C1; English is an advantage.
• Interest in telecommunications products.
• Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00.
• Technical knowledge in the following areas: network connectivity and Internet, Windows-Mac
  OS-i
  OS-Android configuration. Strong knowledge of LAN, WLAN (Wi
  Fi), VOIP.
