One of our clients is looking for a technical support agent, fluent in German for a role in Lisbon. If you like to help customers and can provide customer support with exceptional quality, this might be the right opportunity for you!
Your day to day
- Telephone support for customer calls in German.
- Handle customer requests and update them in our IT systems (e. g. , changes to rates or pricing plans, activation of options or services, address changes).
- Manage processes related to fiber optic link requests – handling requests, error detection, and implementing solutions with our internal and external partners.
- Troubleshooting and configuration: routers, Wi
Fi networks, TV boxes, fiber optic configuration, etc.
Who we are looking for
- Excellent command of German – minimum level C1; English is an advantage.
- Interest in telecommunications products.
- Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00.
- Technical knowledge in the following areas: network connectivity and Internet, Windows-Mac
OS-i
OS-Android configuration. Strong knowledge of LAN, WLAN (Wi
Fi), VOIP.
