About the Role
- Provide exceptional technical support for product, hardware, or software issues, including troubleshooting and managing repair requests.
- Communicate professionally with customers via email, phone, chat, and other channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints to improve satisfaction.
- Record requests, orders, and tickets accurately within designated timeframes.
- Maintain respectful and
- compliant communication internally and externally. - Offer feedback to improve processes and actively contribute to solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.

- focused approach. - Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Organized, reliable, and trustworthy with high ethical standards.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Over 2 years of Customer or Technical Support experience.
- Fluent in Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian at C2 level.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
