Your daily adventures:

• Be responsible and own the full talent acquisition process of new Leapers (engineers) : from sourcing to onboarding .

• Job intake with the business teams to understand the position, culture and values,

• Creating job ads , conduct creative search strategies, active sourcing

• Conducting recruitment events (universities/ job events in Portugal )

• Coordinating & conducting interviews , selection of the best talent

• Assure a stunning LEAP> experience

• Assist with HR topics in the Leaper ‘s life cycle

Your are :

• A Dynamic and sparkling personality , a born recuiter with passion for people & engineering

• An Excellent communicator in DUTCH & ENGLISH
