DUTCH / EN/PT to be part of our European growth.

Your daily adventures:

- Be responsible and own the full talent acquisition process of new Leapers (engineers) : from sourcing to onboarding.

- Job intake with the business teams to understand the position, culture and values,

- Creating job ads, conduct creative search strategies, active sourcing

- Conducting recruitment events (universities/ job events in Portugal )

- Coordinating & conducting interviews, selection of the best talent

- Assure a stunning LEAP>

- Assist with HR topics in the Leaper ‘s life cycle

Your are :

- A Dynamic and sparkling personality, a born recuiter with passion for people & engineering

- An Excellent communicator in DUTCH & ENGLISH
