About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead to join our Tech
Hub. You will be accountable for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of

- end digital solutions across multiple applications and technologies. In this role, you will drive the evolution of technical architectures, oversee project execution, ensure alignment with business objectives, and lead
- functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. This is a strategic position that combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. The Technical Team Lead is responsible for the full product lifecycle, from initial ideation and architectural planning to development, deployment, and ongoing optimization. A key aspect of the role is managing and standardizing the Microsoft Azure-based cloud architecture and ensuring efficient integration of external technologies and automation solutions. The role includes responsibility for budgeting, resource planning, technical governance, team leadership, and external partner management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of

  - end digital solutions across multiple applications and technologies.
• Drive the evolution of technical architectures and oversee project execution.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and lead
  - functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and architectural planning to development, deployment, and optimization.
• Standardize and manage Microsoft Azure-based cloud architecture and integrate external technologies and automation solutions.
• Budgeting, resource planning, technical governance, and external partner management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field (Bachelor's or equivalent required)
• 5+ years of experience in solution ownership, software architecture, or senior IT roles
• Proven track record in defining and implementing
  - grade
  - based solutions using Microsoft Azure
• Deep understanding of architecture design, standardization of cloud components, and automation frameworks
• Strong background in business process management within logistics, supply chain, or related industries
• Experience managing
  - functional projects, including external vendors and international teams
• Skilled in project budgeting, planning, and agile development methodologies
• Experience in team leadership, performance management, and recruiting in software development environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical functions
• Fluent in English
