• Lead and manage a team within the IT and Azure Business Unit, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
• Design and implement cloud solutions with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Optimize cloud costs and manage Fin
  Ops strategies.
• Oversee serverless computing, networking technologies, and hardware infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑value solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Management.
• Proven experience in technology‑related solutions and team leadership.
• Deep understanding of network architecture, data center services, and cloud security.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, customer‑focused, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Availability to travel for specific projects (national and international).
