Overview

How You’ll Make An Impact?

• Planning, managing, and implementing activities for Quidgest_Academy;
• Management and delivery of Genio training sessions (both
  - person and online);
• Preparation and continuous improvement of training content, including
  - learning;
• Support in promoting the Quidgest_Academy training program and the strategic actions of the Genio community;
• Keeping an eye on initiatives, people, and companies that could bring added value to Quidgest_Academy and Quidgest.

Who Thrives in This Role

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in public speaking;
• Interest in delivering training to different target groups;
• Solid knowledge and
  - on experience with SQL (required);
• Experience with other programming languages (a plus);
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, spoken and written (required);
• Fluent in Spanish/French or other (optional);
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power
  Point and others);
• Practical knowledge and curiosity in using AI tools (required);
• Ability to explain complex issues in a clear and accessible way;
• Excellent at managing time and solving challenges effectively;
