The Work You’ll Do

• Analyze and evaluate client needs and structure documentation accordingly
• Provide input for and modify templates, structure, and document presentation
• Drive process and deliverable improvement initiatives
• Analyze existing documentation to identify gaps and redesign as needed
• Proofread and audit new and existing documents for standards compliance
• Comprehend features and functionality to independently develop content; identify and correct copy and substantive defects
• Work with the Product Team to ensure technical accuracy and identify backlog items
• Attend design meetings to understand features to be documented
• Create and publish online content using functional specifications and research
• Implement necessary changes to release‑specific user guides, installation guides, and release notes

What We Need From You

• Interact effectively with teammates, colleagues, and customers
• Comprehend and communicate complex concepts
• Concentrate, analyze, and resolve complex problems
• Utilize technology (phone systems, computer hardware, software applications) to fulfill work requirements

What We Would Like You To Have

• B. A. degree in English, communication, technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 2–6 years of experience writing technical documentation for software applications
• Experience working in agile software development environments
• Support for multiple agile teams and ability to operate within
  - matrixed organizations (plus)
• Experience using source control and defect‑tracking systems
