We are looking for a Technical Writer for a project in Lisbon (remote).

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience creating technical content for developer or infrastructure audiences;
• Strong ability to understand complex systems through hands‑on exploration, not only through documentation reviews or SME interviews;
• Excellent communication skills and a user‑first mindset, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences;
• Comfortable engaging with cross‑functional teams as a partner and contributor to the product narrative;
• Experience or interest in platform or infrastructure products (low‑code, cloud platforms, or similar);
• Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to learn new technologies quickly;
• Experienced with a docs‑as‑code approach, including authoring in Markdown, collaborating through Git
  Hub, and working in development‑friendly environments such as VS Code;
• Familiar with core software development concepts — including web services, databases, and cloud architecture — to engage confidently with engineering teams and understand technical scenarios;
• Familiar with Agile delivery practices and comfortable working in iterative development cycles;
• Experienced with collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira to manage work transparently and align with cross‑functional teams.
