What do you need to become a SMART Senior Technical Writer (Out
Systems Platform)?

• Proven experience creating technical content for developer or infrastructure audiences;
  
  
• Strong ability to understand complex systems
  - on, not just through documentation or SME input;
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and a
  - first mindset to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively;
  
  
• Experience withdocumentation tools and workflows: Markdown, Git
  Hub, and
  -
  - code environments like VS Code;
  
  
• Familiarity with software development fundamentals — web services, databases, and cloud architecture;
  
  
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and using collaboration tools like Jira;
  
  
• Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to learn new technologies quickly.

What will you do as a SMART Senior Technical Writer?

• Create

• Continuously learn as the product evolves, ensuring content stays accurate and relevant;
  
  
• Contribute to documentation strategy and help shape the developer experience at scale.
