Technician Application Support - FDS&TA
About The Job
- The Technician Application Support role involves providing technical and functional support to users of the bank's applications. This includes handling user requests, incident, problem, and change management, and coordinating with other support levels (ADM, Production, etc. ). It also requires providing feedback to users and communicating issue resolutions.
Your Main Activities
- Support system users promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a knowledge base of support issues and resolutions.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the systems and business areas to deliver
- quality support. - Process requests for specific actions such as data processing, extraction, and other tasks.
- Create control points within procedures to ensure smooth operations and draft ad hoc reports.
- Prepare environments for releases and ensure successful implementation and
- production testing.
Profile and Skills to Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in Application Support.
- Proficiency with ticketing tools such as JIRA or Service
Now. - Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to understand, explain, and support change processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and deliver results to external clients.
