About The Job

• The Technician Application Support’s mission is to provide technical and functional support to users of the bank's applications. This includes handling user requests, incident, problem, and change management, and coordinating with other support levels (ADM, Production, others). It also involves providing feedback to users and communicating issue resolutions.

Your Main Activities Are

• Providing support to system users efficiently and promptly.
• Building and maintaining a knowledge base of support issues and solutions.
• Developing a thorough understanding of the systems and business areas to deliver
  - quality support.
• Processing requests for specific actions such as processing, data extraction, or specialized work.
• Creating control points within procedures and drafting ad hoc reports to ensure smooth operations.
• Preparing environments for releases and ensuring proper implementation and
  - production testing.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Client-focused mindset.
• Resilience and adaptability.
