We are currently looking for a new member for the Fund Management team to join us in the position of Technician, Facility Management.

Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or relevant professional certification in facility management, engineering, or related fields.
• Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for
  - solving and innovation.
• High sense of responsibility and commitment to results.
• Detail-oriented and
  - focused approach.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and management of action plans and budgets for buildings.
• Oversee service providers and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify, report, and manage the resolution of operational issues.
• Analyze and monitor maintenance activities (both preventive and corrective).
• Conduct market consultations to gather proposals for construction works or other types of services.
  
• Monitor costs and budgets related to building operations and generate reports.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and building users, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support negotiations and
  - making.
• Follow up on the various events/initiatives held at Sonae Campus, providing support with operational matters to ensure their successful execution.
