Your Mission

As a Technician at Veesion, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining our product. Your passion for network technologies and your technical expertise will be put to use within the Technical Support team as well as with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Server Configuration: Configure our servers before sending them to clients using our OS system, execute the necessary commands, and record the details in our inventory.
• Installation and Technical Support: remotely assist clients in installing servers, guide them through the process, and conduct analyses of camera systems and network architectures, configuring the system based on their needs and ensuring compatibility with the RTSP protocol.
• Problem Analysis and Resolution: analyze
  - related issues and deploy appropriate solutions to ensure smooth operation; perform preventive maintenance to optimize performance.
• Ticket Management and Follow-Up: use our ticketing tools to ensure proper tracking of client requests.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: monitor server performance using Grafana and ensure optimal operation.
• Customized Configuration for Each Client: configure the system based on each client’s specific needs to provide tailored solutions.
