As a Technology Advisory Manager, you will be a trusted partner to business leaders, working with a diverse team to deliver successful tech‑enabled transformation and new kinds of value for clients.

• Build and nurture relationships with clients and collaborate on promoting Financial Services.
• Analyse current practice, processes and procedures, and identify future business opportunities in the Tech Strategy & Advisory and Financial Services sectors.
• Help clients adopt future technologies and integrate quickly into their environments to produce results.
• Define expectations with customers and set goals in your area of responsibility.
• Demonstrate ease in dealing with high‑pressure and time‑demanding projects.
• Promote knowledge sharing and generate new ideas and solutions to optimize processes and deliver results.
• Build relationships with all stakeholders involved in each project.
• Support the development of commercial approaches and contract negotiations with stakeholders.
• Manage project resources effectively to stay within budget and adhere to timelines while optimizing team productivity.
• Support the development of marketable thought leadership and viewpoints on industry challenges, including the creation of intellectual capital for the practice.

• Degree from a top‑tier university, preferably in Management, Economics, Engineering (STEM) or equivalent.
• Post‑graduation, MBA or master’s degree considered added value.
• Experience within the Financial Services sector and interest in emerging technologies.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Proven client‑facing expertise.
• Demonstrated experience turning business use case and requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in Professional Services and/or Consulting sector.
• Proven capacity in leading project teams.
