As a Manager within our Technology Advisory for the Financial Services industry, you will play a key role in the growth and development of our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with clients and collaborate on promoting Financial Services;
• Analyze current practices, processes, and procedures, and identify future business opportunities in Tech Strategy & Advisory and Financial Services;
• Assist clients in adopting future technologies;
• Integrate into clients' environments and deliver results quickly;
• Define expectations with customers and set goals within your area of responsibility;
• Manage
  - pressure,
  - sensitive projects with ease;
• Promote knowledge sharing, encourage innovative ideas, and optimize processes to deliver results;
• Build relationships with all project stakeholders;
• Support the development of commercial strategies and contract negotiations;
• Manage project resources effectively to stay within budget and timelines while maximizing team productivity;
• Contribute to thought leadership and industry insights, creating intellectual capital for our practice.

Qualifications:

• Degree from a
  - tier university, preferably in Management, Economics, Engineering (STEM), or equivalent;
• Post-graduate studies, such as an MBA or master’s degree, are advantageous;
• Experience in the Financial Services sector and interest in emerging technologies;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English;
• Proven
  - facing experience;
• Ability to translate business use cases and requirements into technical solutions;
• Experience in Professional Services and/or Consulting sectors;
• Proven ability to lead project teams.
