Technology Architect Senior Porto

Overview

We-'re seeking a Technology Architect to join our Platform team, working closely with our Principal Architect to build and provide the foundation, technical blueprints, and reference cases that will scale solution building across the organization. You-'ll collaborate with our Platform Engineers to design and establish the core architectural frameworks that enable industrial data solutions throughout our Group.

Responsibilities

• Platform Foundation: Develop standardized architectural patterns, technical blueprints, and reference implementations that enable teams across the organization to build scalable digital solutions including digital twin projects, condition monitoring, and Industry 4. 0 implementations
• Real-time Analytics: Create streaming analytics architectures for predictive maintenance, performance optimization, and anomaly detection
• Technology Innovation: Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies into the platform architecture, establishing

  - concepts and adoption frameworks for new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that enhance our industrial data capabilities
• Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting: Business Collaboration: Work directly with engineering teams, machine engineers, technology leads and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Requirements Analysis: Lead discovery sessions to identify data opportunities and define technical specifications
• Cross-functional Communication: Present complex technical solutions in accessible terms to diverse audiences
• Technology Strategy: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for industrial data processing and analytics

Qualifications

• Core Technical Expertise:
• Cloud Architecture: Hands-on experience with Azure (Io
  T Hub, Stream Analytics, ML services), Databricks, and data lake architectures
• Machine Learning: Knowledge of predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and
  - series analytics for industrial applications
• Manufacturing Systems: Background in machine building, industrial automation, or heavy machinery environments
• Consulting & Communication:
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven consulting experience working with engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Requirements Analysis: Strong skills in translating business needs into technical solutions
• Cross-functional Engagement: Experience contributing to technical initiatives across diverse teams
• Technical Skills:
• Programming background
• Preferred: Azure certifications, Industry 4. 0 experience, digital twin technologies, curiosity for emerging technologies
