What You’ll Do

• Make an Impact: Contribute to meaningful projects that support our business goals and help our teams deliver value to customers, colleagues, and communities.
• Learn and Grow: Rotate through three core engineering teams—Software Development, Network Engineering, and Platform Engineering, gaining practical experience and a broad understanding of how technology engineering drives our business.
• Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues across the business, building relationships and learning from a diverse range of perspectives.
• Develop Skills: Access structured learning, on‑the‑job training, and resources such as Linked
  In Learning to support your personal and professional growth.
• Be Supported: Receive guidance from your team, the Early Careers team, and a dedicated Grad Buddy to help you succeed.

Your Rotations

During the programme, you’ll rotate through three key areas within our Technology Engineering function:

• Software Development: Work with leading technologies such as Azure, Out
  Systems, and Python to design and build scalable software systems.
• Network Engineering: Learn how we design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimise performance.
• Platform Engineering: Gain hands‑on experience with Azure Dev
  Ops, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and streamline infrastructure.

Each rotation is designed to give you a well‑rounded foundation for your future career in technology engineering.

Requirements

• 2:1 (predicted or obtained) in a technical degree with coding exposure (UK or international equivalent)
• Fluent business English
• Permission to work in Portugal
