We are looking for a Technology Program Manager
MAIN TASKS:
- Lead planning, execution, and coordination of assigned “initiatives. ”
- Align with Product organizations and contribute to ceremonies such as Quarterly Alignment Days (PI Plannings).
- Act as the key point of contact for Business and Maisons’ stakeholders.
- Drive and facilitate
- domain collaboration in rollout programs with relevant Group Technology stakeholders. - Lead and coordinate the program team, fostering collaboration with Product Owners, Analysts, Test Managers, Technical Leads, Business Relationship Managers, Release Managers, and others.
- Track the scope of deliveries and document relevant changes throughout the initiative.
- Define planning and release plans with stakeholders.

- production closing. - Obtain forecasts, communicate, and follow up on resource capacity plans.
- Identify, highlight, and follow up on program dependencies and critical paths.
- Identify, anticipate, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating when required.
- Manage change requests and unforeseen circumstances.
- Build trustworthy relationships with stakeholders and communicate expectations and status updates clearly and timely.
- Co-define communication plans with business counterparts for Group Technology deliverables.
- Ensure budget adherence by tracking actuals and aligning with estimates.
- Report plans, progress, issues, and risks as required by Group Technology and domain practices.
- Directly support the Product Area Manager in interactions with key roles.
- Promote standard ways of working and facilitate process optimizations for improved efficiency and agility.
- Participate in preparation and execution of Quarterly Alignment Days and roadmaps.
- Serve as the key contact for controlling the domain portfolio, including reporting and escalation.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- B. Sc. or M. Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in Technology Project/Program Management with significant Quality Assurance aspects.
- Proven technical project management with strong interpersonal and communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Project Management certification is recommended.
- Experience in software architecture and development lifecycle in combined technology and functional environments.
- Experience leading and delivering integration projects/programs, preferably with omnichannel dimensions, from initial study to production stabilization.
- Experience in integrated E-Commerce and/or Retail and/or CRM portfolio management (mandatory).
- Experience in integrated Customer Services and/or Wholesale portfolio management (a plus).
- Hands-on experience with technology concepts such as APIs, microservices, Cloud hosting, OMS, CRM (e. g. , Salesforce), ERP (e. g. , SAP).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

- site work). The role is part of a newly established nearshore center for a leading company in the luxury sector.
