What you’ll do

1. Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
2. Assist customers in designing security approaches for their SAP
   - premise and Cloud environments, including SAP S/4 HANA.
3. Assist in defining the scope of projects and opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines.
4. Apply strong analytical,
   - solving, solution design, and programming skills.
5. Support the internal Consulting Practice with
   - sales support, spot consulting, and internal projects, committing to the success of customers, partners, colleagues, and SAP.

What you bring

Work Experience

1. 5+ years of SAP consulting experience.
2. Experience with 3-5 full cycle implementations.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Security including authorization concepts for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, or Fiori on SAP S/4HANA, authentication and Single Sign-On, and SAP infrastructure security.
4. Ability to work as a team player and independently.
5. Experience working in distributed project setups across geographical locations.

Functional Experience

1. Security Expert in one or more topics.
2. Technical planning, implementation, and configuration over the full project cycle.
3. Ability to write and review concepts or blueprints of IT implementations or operations.
4. Capable of handling escalation projects successfully.

Education, Skills, and Competencies

1. University degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Good understanding of
   - specific business processes.
3. Certifications in SAP Basis, SAP GRC Access Controls (ARA, EAM, ARM, BRM), IDM 7. 2 / 8. 0, and SAP Security are preferred.
4. Experience with System Upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and HANA migration projects is preferred.
5. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Activate methodology, including RDS and Best Practices.
6. Strong communication skills to interact effectively at all levels within client organizations.
7. Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues to deliver quality projects and consulting services.
