Job Description:

What you’ll do

• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
• Assist customers in designing security approaches for their SAP
  - premise and Cloud environments, including SAP S/4 HANA.
• Define project scope, estimate efforts, and project timelines.
• Apply strong analytical,
  - solving, solution design, and programming skills.
• Support internal Consulting Practice with
  - sales support, spot consulting, and internal projects, committing to customer, partner, colleague, and SAP success.

What you bring

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Experience with 3-5 full cycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Security, including authorization concepts for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, or Fiori on SAP S/4HANA, Authentication and Single Sign-On, SAP infrastructure security.
• Ability to work as a team player and independently.
• Experience working in distributed project setups across geographical locations.

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Security expert in one or more topics.
• Technical planning, implementation, and configuration over the full project cycle.
• Development and review of concepts or blueprints for IT implementations or operations.
• Handling escalation projects successfully.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• University degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Good understanding of
  - specific business processes.
• Certifications in SAP Basis, SAP GRC Access Controls (ARA, EAM, ARM, BRM), IDM 7. 2 / 8. 0, and SAP Security preferred.
• Experience with system upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and HANA migration projects preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Activate methodology and accelerators, including RDS and Best Practices.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction at all levels.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior colleagues.
