What you’ll do

• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
• Assist customers in designing security approaches for their SAP
  - premise and Cloud environments, including SAP S/4 HANA.
• Assist in defining project scope, estimating efforts, and timelines.
• Apply strong analytical,
  - solving, solution design, and programming skills.
• Support internal consulting with
  - sales, spot consulting, and internal projects, and commit to customer, partner, colleague, and SAP success.

What you bring

Work Experience

• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Experience with 3-5 full cycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Security.
• Ability to work as a team player and independently.
• Experience working in distributed project setups across geographical locations.

Functional Experience

• Security expertise in one or more topics.
• Technical planning, implementation, and configuration over the full project cycle.
• Ability to write and review concepts or blueprints of IT implementations or operations.
• Capability to handle escalation projects successfully.

Education and Skills

• University degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Good understanding of
  - specific business processes.
• Preferred certifications: SAP Basis, SAP GRC Access Controls (ARA, EAM, ARM, BRM), IDM 7. 2/8. 0, SAP Security.
• Experience with system upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and HANA migrations preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction at all levels.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
