We are recruiting for a Técnico de Contabilidade and are looking for a dedicated and motivated candidate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze invoices processed outside of VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)

- Gespost - Accounting of Pre-Entry Invoices and Credit Notes

- Gespost - Accounting of Handling Funds

- Product invoices issued by RP and other suppliers

- FI invoices (Financial Accounting) - Accounted without MM (Materials Management) request

- Enter information into SAP

- VIM/KOFAX invoices (MM + FI)

- VIM FI Rappel

- Service expenses - Expense notes (SAP CONCUR + SAP)

- Supplier circularization

- Purchase orders

Profile:

- Previous experience in similar areas (mandatory)

- Knowledge of SAP

- Good communication skills

- Attention to detail and rigor

- English (preferred)
