Responsibilities:

1. Monitor overdue and unpaid credits by following the company's procedures, contacting clients, and requesting payments to recover overdue invoices.
2. Handle customer calls, respond to inquiries about invoices and outstanding balances, provide information on payment deadlines, and send account statements, ensuring timely response to customer requests.
3. Perform administrative tasks to support credit recovery activities.

Requirements:

1. Professional experience in debt management or collections.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Negotiation techniques knowledge.
4. Organizational skills.
5. Customer-oriented approach (internal and external).
6. Goal-oriented mindset.
7. Computer data processing skills.
8. Sense of responsibility.
9. English language skills.
