Mission
The Document Controller is responsible for managing and controlling documents related to production projects at SYSTRA Subterra. This position ensures that all documentation is organized,

- date and accessible to project teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal and external regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform document control in compliance with ISO 9001
- Manage and maintain the document management system, ensuring the correct classification and archiving of documents.
- Coordinate the distribution and review of documents among project teams and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all documents comply with quality standards and applicable regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits of documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy of records.
- Provide support and training to team members in the use of the document management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the flow of information and documentation.
- Manage version control and ensure that only the most recent versions of documents are in use.
- Prepare reports and analysis on the status of documentation for management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in document management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
- Knowledge of document management systems and related software tools.
- Knowledge/training of ISO 9001
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulations and quality standards applicable to the industry.
Education
University degree in Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
