What You'll do:

• Act as the focal point of advanced technical knowledge in your area of expertise, providing technical guidance and solutions for complex challenges;
• Resolve escalated technical issues from the team, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution;
• Conduct regular assessments of clients network infrastructures under your management and propose improvements and evolutions based on best practices and industry trends;
• Provide technical consulting to internal and external clients, ensuring the proper and secure implementation of network solutions;
• Continuously review and promote necessary changes to the monitoring strategy of managed equipment;

What You Are:

• Extensive and proven experience in network administration roles within large enterprise environments; specific experience in shared managed services will be valued;
• Mandatory experience with Cisco DNA and Cisco ISE;
• Ability to demonstrate confidence and build credibility when interacting with internal and external stakeholders at various levels (technical teams, middle and senior management);
• Solid and proven technical knowledge in networking, protocols, security, and complementary IT infrastructure components;
• Strong experience in investigating and troubleshooting complex problems;
• Availability for occasional travel and interventions outside normal working hours;
• Certification at the CCNP level or preferably higher; other relevant certifications within scope will be highly valued;
