We are looking for a
IT Operational Excellence Technician.

Your responsibilities include:

• Support the implementation of IT process improvements and automation initiatives;
• Monitor and analyse IT performance metrics to identify areas for efficiency gains;
• Assist in maintaining documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs);
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to support operational excellence project;
• Help ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.

You must have:

• Degree (Master) program in IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields;
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience;
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, or support operations;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills;
• Eagerness to learn Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies;
• Good communication skills and a
  - oriented mindset;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power
  Point) — experience with data tools (e. g. , Power BI, Python, SQL) is a plus;
• Technical certifications (e. g. , ITIL, Comp
  TIA, etc. ) are a plus.
