Negotiating for services with vendors; ? Costing and pricing of tour packages, converting these to bookings; ? Developing website tours content; ? Making tours, transportation, and accommodation reservations; ? High level of Responsibility and Confidentiality; ? Documentation procedures; ? Manage travel files independently; ? Coordination of several travel services; ? Maximizing sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting upgrades; ? Offering excellent customer service and dealing with constraints calmly and diplomatically

Requisitos : ? Tourism Management Degree; ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English); ? Proficient in Excel and World; ? To be thorough and pay attention to detail; ? Active listening skills; ? Customer service skills; ? Should be Highly Organized in the Work; ? Confidentiality; ?
