Overview

Senior Technical Business Analyst role at CSG. The Business Analyst will workshop and manage customer requirements, define functional specifications, and support build and test and directly configure the CSG CPQ and Order Management system.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will:

• Dive deep into the world of telecommunications. Develop detailed knowledge on markets, products, sales, delivery and operations.
• Solve
  - world business problems, considering technical, financial, and operational constraints.
• Take ownership of business analysis initiatives and ensure work packages are delivered on time, to expected quality standards and as per scope, as agreed with the Project Manager.
• Take
  -
  - end solution blueprints and configure solution workflows and catalogs that implement the design. Consider exception and failure scenarios to create robust solutions.
• Contribute to our methodology to help us do things faster and better.
• Manage client expectations through workshops and feedback sessions.
• Work as part of a team and independently when required.
• Mentor and lead a team of budding solution designers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in coding, including when to use global and local variables, and the concept of
  - oriented programming.
• 5-7 years as a business analyst with telecom billing or product catalog or pricing domain.
• Experience working as a vendor.
• Hands-on experience with
  - driven systems (Salesforce, SAP, Service
  Now, Siebel, etc. ).
• English proficiency in a business environment.
