Job Description

1. Collaborate in defining clear and measurable project objectives aligned with business and IT needs.
2. Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
3. Monitor project progress, identify deviations, risks, and potential issues, and report them.
4. Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
5. Participate in improving the IT team's project management processes.
6. Ensure the quality of project deliverables, ensuring compliance with requirements and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Interest in IT project management and the system development life cycle.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and
  - technical information clearly.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Proactive
  - solving abilities.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills with diverse profiles.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Visio, Microsoft Project).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Waterfall).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
