Job Description

• Administration and maintenance of Linux servers in
  - scale production environments;
• Management of users, permissions, security policies, and system performance tuning;
• Daily support for critical systems underpinning IPTV and OTT platforms;
• Development of automation scripts using Bash, Python, or similar languages;
• Deployment and maintenance of monitoring tools, especially Prometheus;
• Collaboration with networking, development, and operations teams to ensure service reliability;
• Troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues;
• Documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident management.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or an IT related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Linux Systems Administrator;
• Strong expertise in various Linux distributions (e. g. Cent
  OS, Ubuntu Server, Debian);
• Solid understanding of server administration, including user/group and permission management;
• Proficient in scripting (Bash, Python, or equivalent) for automation and operational tasks;
• Hands-on experience with monitoring solutions, particularly Prometheus;
• Strong
  - solving skills and ability to work in
  - availability environments;
• Team-oriented with good communication and autonomy.
