Job Description

• Develop and implement Tibco-based solutions to support our telecommunications infrastructure.
• Design, code, test, and debug complex software applications using Tibco Business
  Works and related tools.
• Integrate various systems and APIs to ensure seamless communication across our telecom platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize existing Tibco applications for improved performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
• Stay

  - date with the latest developments in Tibco technologies and telecom industry trends.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Tibco development, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong proficiency in Tibco software suite, including Business
  Works, EMS, and BW6.
• Solid programming skills in Java, C++, and XML.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications protocols and systems.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of database management systems.
• Tibco certifications are preferred.
